NEIGHBORHOOD

TRADITION MEETS CONTEMPORARY LISBON

Príncipe Real is one of the trendiest neighbourhoods in Lisbon. Its location on the top of the Seventh Hill, offers stunning Tagus river views and a centennial garden that contrasts with the colorful and emblematic palaces that follow for several blocks.

Here, it is possible to find innovative shopping galleries, designer’s boutiques, or restaurants from famous Portuguese Chefs. The Natural History Museum and the Botanical Garden also offer the opportunity to be in touch with the nature in the city center. The result is a meeting point of people and experiences, tradition and contemporaneity, keeping the neighborhood alive and making this place one of the trendiest in the city.

Nearby, you can also visit the Carmo Ruins and São Jorge Castle, do some sightseeing or walk around the traditional neighborhoods where many typical cafes live harmoniously with elegant restaurants and rooftops. Close by, you can find Avenida da Liberdade, famous from its theaters and the best luxury brands, or visit the historical area of Chiado.

The Lisbon International Airport is only 15 minutes from Príncipe Real, being easy to enjoy the more than 250 days of sunshine that bless Lisbon every year, coming from any place of the world. Moreover, you can visit Cascais beaches (20 minutes) or the picturesque village of Sintra, classified by UNESCO as World Heritage Site (22 minutes).
